Use meatball trays to store your meatballs that allow your meatballs to hold their shape. Leave meatball in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the meatball. Cook either in the oven, pan or grill until cooked through, serve as required.
