IS4A sandalwood Powder

This pure Sandalwood powder comes from trees grown in the state of Karnataka in South India, the source of the best Sandalwood in the world since millennia. Just as is the case with all of our Sandalwood products, the Sandalwood is completely pure. The powder originates in the workshops of craftsmen who transform the wood into statues, beads, etc. These artisans are periodically allotted small quantities of wood to be able to continue their craft. After they finish each product there is a small amount of leftover pieces, that cannot be transformed further. This residue is collected and sold as chips or powder. The powder itself is used in religious ceremonies, Ayurveda, cosmetics, as well as oil and incense production. It can be burned as incense by itself.
