How do I fasten the cuff	Read the instruction manual for a step by step explanation. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm with the illustrations facing outward. Keep 1 inch between the crook of your elbow and the cuff. Position the tube on the lower end of the inner side of your arm, aligned with your pinky. The cuff should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to insert 1 finger between the cuff and your arm.
How do I switch users	When the device is off, press and hold the "arrow up" button until the screen shows the flashing user ID. Press the "arrow up" button again to switch users. After selecting the user ID. Press the "arrow down" button to confirm your choice.
How to set the time and date	When the device is off, press and hold the "arrow down" button until the screen turns on and the date starts flashing on screen.
