Will the iPad dongle work if my iPad has case? Will it work with the Apple Magic Keyboard?

It depends on the thickness of the case. However, we suggest you to take your iPad case off before using.

How does audio output when both HDMI and 3.5mm audio ports are connected?

When iPad Pro is connected to this product prior to devices, audio outputs from the port that is connected at last; When devices are connected prior to iPad Pro, audio outputs from 3.5mm audio port.

Can I use the USB ports to charge my cellphone?

The USB port is mainly for data transfer. It is not recommended to charge the cellphone or connect USB devices with a high load via the USB-A port.

My tablet could not charge over the hub.

The Type-C PD charging port supports max 100W output. However, 8W is dedicated to the function of the product, only max 92W will be passed to the host. It's best to use a more powerful USB-C PD charger like 38W, 61W, 87W for sufficient power supply.

The iPad hub doesn’t work with my tablet.
