1) Took out the ice gel from refrigerator at 7:50 am.
2) 10:00 am - Check the temp, there is no show, so the temp is under 39/ 4;
3) 12:00 am - Temp is showing as 46/ 8;
4) 14:00 pm - Temp is 54/ 12;
5) 16:00 pm - Temp is 68/ 20(14:00-16:00, room temp around 84/ 28or even more);
6) 18:00 pm, the temp is close to 75/ 24.

Using Tips
