Whether raw Cacao, wafers, disks, drops, buttons or powder - we have everything you need for chocolate making. MANUFACTURE STANDARDS: Our Cacao Butter comes from the pressing of Cacao paste, which in turn comes from the nibs chips of the Cacao bean. The resulting oil is the Cacao Butter and 'cake' that is left is the Cacao powder. The whole process is carried out at temperatures under 40 C. HOW TO USE: Unrefined Cacao butter is one of the main superfood ingredients for making natural pure chocolate and can be fashioned as an ingredient for cooking and baking desserts, truffles and fudge. When melted down, Cacao Butter makes a great substitute for other kinds of oil and is even a good moisturiser when applied to the skin. PREMIUM QUALITY: Smooth, silky and delicate real chocolate taste and a fantastic source of healthy fatty acids. When mixed with Cacao Powder, a natural sweetener like Stevia or Agave, and a little flavouring like vanilla this butter transforms into delicious chocolate.
