Honeybush Tea from Indigo Herbs is a loose leaf tea that has a woody, earthy taste with a hint of sweetness. Hailing from South Africa, honeybush is close relation to Rooibos and are often mixed together. A high antoioxidant content makes this an excellent non caffeine tea. Suggested Use: Honeybush Tea can be made into a hot drink by infusing the herb in a teapot or cafetiere with boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain the leaves and enjoy. Serving: Prepare a cup or pot of tea by putting 1 teaspoon of leaf per person. Add honey or milk if preferred.
