iimono Konjac Rice ist eine getrocknete, geruchslose Zubereitung aus Konjakmehl in Reisform. Konjakmehl wird aus der sogenannten Teufelswurzel in Asien gewonnen und dort bereits seit Jahrhunderten in verschiedenen Produkten verwendet. Unser Reis zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass er einen sehr geringen Energiewert (nur 38 kcal /100g verzehrfertige Zubereitung) besitzt. Bei traditionellem Langkornreis liegt dieser bei ca. 130 kcal pro 100g und damit ca. 3,5 x höher. Darüber hinaus ist iimono Dry Konjac Reis vegan, ballaststoffreich, zucker-frei und gluten-frei. Seine Textur garantiert eine hervorragende Absorption von Soßen und Beilagen. Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach - den Reis ca. 12 Minuten kochen, das Kochwasser abgießen, den Reis nochmals kurz mit heißem Wasser spülen - fertig.
