Idahoan Monterey Pepper Jack Mashed Potatoes, 4oz (Pack of 12)

Preparation Instructions

Stove Top Preparation. Add 2 cups of water to a medium sized saucepan and heat water on high to a boil. Remove boiling water from heat and immediately stir in entire pouch of potatoes. Mix thoroughly using a fork to moisten all potatoes and let stand 1 minute. Stir well and serve. Microwave Preparation. All microwaves vary and heating times may have to be adjusted. Measure 2 cups of water into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes to heat water to a boil. CAUTION: Bowl and water will be very hot! Remove water from microwave and immediately add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a fork to moisten all potatoes and let stand 1 minute.

CHEESE CORN DIP

Ingredients

1 - 4 oz package Idahoan Monterey Pepper Jack Flavored Mashed Potatoes, ½ cup prepared chicken gravy, 1 small can whole kernel corn drained, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - reserving half for topping, ½ tsp paprika, Tortilla chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Prepare Idahoan Monterey Pepper Jack Mashed Potatoes with 1 ½ cups boiling water and prepared chicken gravy. 3. Fold in corn and half of the shredded cheese. 4. Place in buttered baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. 5. Bake until cheese turns bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips.
