Ibuleve Pain Relief 5% Spray is designed to relieve the pain and inflammation of muscular backache and other muscular pains, rheumatic pain, aches, swellings, sprains, strains and sports injuries. DIRECTIONS Hold the bottle upright or upside down, 4-6 inches from the skin. Apply 5-10 sprays to the effected area. Every 2 or 3 sprays, massage into the affected area. You can use the spray up to 3 or 4 times per day, leaving at least 4 hours between applications, for up to 2 weeks (or longer if recommended by your doctor).
