How did you come up with the idea for this product

Bee pollen is a less-known bee product than honey. However, in the region we produce bee pollen in the mountains of Colombia, it is harvested in much higher quantities than honey. Also, as it comes from natural forests with no commercial crops nearby, the quality is very high regarding taste and aroma. Also, bee pollen is rich in plant-based protein and antioxidants that nourish the body when included in your diet. So for us, it was a no-brainer.
