How did we get started

In July 2015, a swarm of bees landed in our garden. We 'adopted' the bees, gave them a beehive and by the end of the year we had two beehives and a little, raw honey for our toast. We were hooked!

We use only premium quality British ingredients in our Hot Fire Honey. British Honey. British Chillies. British Vinegar. Never imported from outside the UK.

What makes our products unique

We use premium, single origin, award winning Black Mountain Honey (Great Taste 2020) in our Hot Fire Honey. Infused with Welsh chillies from Pembrokeshire.

What is your company mission

Nothing gets us more upset than seeing people buy poor quality, cheap imported honey or hot sauces in the supermarket. Our company mission is to educate consumers on how fantastic UK honey and hot sauces can be and promote the bee farmers who produce our single origin honey.

Pure & Natural British Honey - Never imported Hot Fire Honey uses all-natural, untreated, cold filtered, coarse graded, unpasteurised, Great Taste Award (2020) winning UK honey. We never import honey and use only premium British ingredients in our original Hot Fire Honey.	Sourced Directly From British Beekeepers We source our honey direct from British Beekeepers. We forge long term relationships with our bee farmers and pay them fairly for their produce. All our hot honey and hot sauces are manufactured in the UK in a SALSA approved premises. Ainsley came and visited our beehives and we cooked him up a woodfired pizza in our garden, which we drizzled with our original recipe Hot Fire Honey. He was impressed!
