Q: How to add TZ-HB312 to the Hiseeu wireless camera system?
A: There are 2 ways to connect the cameras to the NVR.
- Go to NVR system, right click the NVR mouse choose "Wireless Add", press camera reset button about 6s, you can hear a sound from camera, wait for a new IP address 172.20.14.** show up, then you can exit to see camera image
- Connet camera to your Eseecloud APP at first, connect the NVR to the same router, go to "Video Manage", click "Search", will see IP address 192.168.**.**, then click add one.(If it shows "Password Error", go to phone app, find camera click "..."--"Edit"--on the blank place, click the screen 6 times, you will see the camera password here, go back to the NVR, find the password error camera click "Manual Edit" to input correct password, then camera will show up)
Q: Does TZ-HB312 support Alexa?
A: Yes it supports, go to Amazon Alexa APP enable Skills: EseeCloud, bind with your Eseecloud account, will find the device.
Q: Does TZ-HB312 support 5Ghz wifi network ?
A: No, it doesn't work, this camera only work with 2.4Ghz wifi network. Please notes, normally 5Ghz WIFI network is dual brand, which support 5g and 2.4g, login router set a wifi name and password for the 2.4g wifi still can make this camera work.
Q:How to use camera two-way audio function ?
A: Talk only allow talk through EseeCloud APP on the phone. Hear can get from the phone app or connect with the system through HD TV.
Q: Is the Cloud storage free?
A: Cloud storage is not free and each camera need buy it separatly.
