HOW TO USE HI-DOW XPD 12 WIRED UNIT:

1. Connect an electrode wire to an output port at the top of the unit.
2. Connect a set of the electrode gel pads to the wire by snapping them on. (Both connection points on the wire must have a pad attached.)
3. Remove the protective plastic film and place the pads on the over the pain area, making sure both pads are applied directly on the skin and not over lapping.
4. Switch the unit to the ON position. It will start automatically in mode 1.
5. To change modes, press the M button. Once you have selected a mode, gradually increase the intensity by pressing the + button. To decrease the intensity, press the – button.Always start at the lowest intensity first and work up. Never start at a very high-intensity level. (NOTE: For devices with an A/B switch make sure your electrode wire is connected to the same port that is selected. For example, if your wire is plugged into port A, make sure port A is selected with the A/B switch)
6. Sit back and enjoy the deep, soothing pulses. Suggested application time is 2-3 times/day, 40-60 minutes/time, over 10 days for one course. (TIP: Apply a spritz of the HiDow Perfect Conductor Spray to the electrode pads before use to enhance the sensation.)
