1. Unable to boot?

If you encounter this kind of problem, please check your wiring. First, the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive pole of the battery, the black wire needs to be connected to the negative pole of the battery, and then the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car key hole), so as to ensure Your product has sufficient power supply, and the correct connection of each wiring can ensure the normal use of the product.

2. Is the product always on? Car flameout products still working?

If you have this problem, please check your wiring. First of all, the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car key hole), so as to ensure that when your car is off, the machine will also be off. Secondly, the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black wire needs to be connected to the negative pole of the battery. The correctconnection of each wire can ensure the normal use of the product.

3. Can't connect with bluetooth?

Please delete the bluetooth record of the mobile phone and re-match the connection.

4. Can't use the memory function? Can't save channel?

If this happens to you, please check that your wiring is correct. The red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car key hole) the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive side of the battery and the black wire is connected to the negative side of the battery. These three wires must remain energized for extended periods of time. If the B+ line is not kept powered for a long time and the power is cut off, the memory will not be saved.

5. Machine stuck? Content not responding?

If you encounter this situation, it is recommended that you try to poke the RST hole with a needle for more than three seconds, this function will restore your machine to factory settings, please save the data before use.
