Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Increase heating in 30 second increments based on desired warmth.
Do Not exceed 3 minutes of total heating time.
Gently shift herbs side to side and check temperature.

Cool

Seal wrap in a plastic bag.
Place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
Wrap can be stored in freezer.
