Product Benefits

Lecithin is one of the richest natural sources of Choline & Inositol.

Choline is a component of the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, needed for normal brain functioning.

Lecithin is also a fat emulsifier.

Directions for use

Take 15g daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Mix in juice, shakes or sprinkle on food.
