The bag is only 500g of sugar and it is sufficient for 1KG of the fruit of your choice.

The product has a long expiration date, so it's great to keep in your kitchen cupboard for jam season.

A Helen's Own Recipe Booklet This kit includes a Helen's Own Jam Recipe Booklet (unique to this product) which explains exactly how to make a VARIETY of jams and preserves! (strawberry, plum, raspberry, apricot & quince) It is super easy to follow along and explains every step of the way. NO thermometers, maths or science required to make your own jam using this kit!	Wooden spoon, doilies & decorations You will also receive: a wooden spoon (to ensure the jam isn't infused with any flavours that might be on your old spoons!) 6x red gingham doilies which cover the jars and give them an adorable look! 6x rubber bands to keep the doilies fastened on to the jars 6x jam-jar labels where you can write what flavour your jam is, when it was made & who made it!	6x 200ml glass jars & lids You will also get 6x 200ml glass jars with metal lids to put your delicious jam into.
