Ayurveda recommends a simple, practical and effective method of drinking water in a holistic way - drink water from a copper vessel. To make copper water, pour water into the copper vessel and leave it overnight. If water is stored in the copper vessel for a certain period of time, it kills unwanted bacteria and viruses and the resulting water will be healthy with the properties of the copper. Drink the water as soon as you get up in the morning. You can also drink from your copper cup throughout the day. It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. Do not store the copper vessel in the fridge. Copper darkens naturally after some time. The copper vessel must be cleaned from time to time. For cleaning, you can use lemon juice or tamarind for a few minutes. and the then wash with water.
