Pour 4 ounces of Magnesium Oil into a container large enough to hold both feet when flat. Add water (comfortable temperature) to cover the tops of the toes. Soak feet 15-30 minutes. After soaking, rinse with water or towel dry. Discard (flush) liquid after soaking. For best results, repeat this 6 days a week for one month then 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
For those who are extremely magnesium deficient or sensitive skin, reduce the volume and length of soaking time.
