CLASSIC MARINATED PULLED PORK

Ingredients:

3-5 pound bone-in pork shoulder (Boston or Butt)
Head Country Original Championship

Instructions:

Season pork shoulder generously with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning. Place in a 6-quart (large) slow cooker. Add half a bottle of Head Country All-Purpose Marinade, being sure to shake well before adding. Then, cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove the pork to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Add some cooking liquid back to the meat before serving.

CLASSIC MARINATED SALMON

Ingredients:

Salmon, 1/2 pound per person
Head Country All-Purpose Marinade

Instructions:

Cover the salmon with marinade. Do not allow salmon to marinate. Put the salmon immediately onto the grill, preheated to 275 degrees F. Allow salmon to grill for up to 20 minutes, depending on desired doneness.

SWEET & STICKY BBQ CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients:

5 pounds chicken legs
Head Country Original Championship Seasoning
Head Country Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dry drumsticks with a paper towel. Place drumsticks on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet or in a greased baking dish. Season drumsticks with Championship Original Seasoning .Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken skin is crisp and juices run clear. Pour a generous amount of the Sweet & Sticky sauce over the drumsticks, tossing to coat. Return drumsticks to the oven and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes, or until sauce begins to bubble. Serve with sliced green onion—we love these drumsticks with mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli.

SWEET & STICKY OVEN BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:

3 pounds of chicken wings, tips trimmed and separated into flats and drums
Head Country Original Championship Seasoning
Head Country Sweet & Sticky Sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, add the flats, drums, and Head Country Original Championship Seasoning. Toss until coated. Line a rimmed baking sheet or large baking dish with aluminum foil. Add chicken wings, making sure to create an even layer and leaving a bit of space between each wing. Cook, turning 3-4 times, for 35 minutes, or until skin is crispy. Move wings to a large bowl. Add a generous amount of the Sweet & Sticky sauce, tossing to coat. Add wings back to the baking sheet and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees F. Serve the wings with plenty of extra Sweet & Sticky sauce.
