(1). Q: How to identify whether it is a real USB 3.0 capture card ?Can this capture card support 4K capture?

-- A:1. If the capture card is connected to the USB 3.0 interface of the computer, the video format captured by OBS supports YUY2 1080P 60FPS format, which is a real USB 3.0 capture card.

2. PACOXI capture card can only supports YUY2 1080P 60FPS capture(Note:Please confirm if your computer is USB3.0. If it is not USB3.0, it cannot reach 1080P 60FPS), but it can support 4K@30Hz input and pass-through.

(2). Q: How can I use this without headphone/mic attached and still hear audio on my pc?

-- A:There are two solutions:

1.Insert the external audio directly into the "audio out" port of the capture card.

2.Check the sound configuration of OBS:

First, select the "Output Desktop Audio (WaveOut)" item at the up and down arrows on the far right of the "Audio Output Mode" column.
Second, mark the "v" in the box before "use custom audio device".
Finally, select the MIC input of the collector at the up and down arrows on the far right of the "Audio Device" column.

(3). Q:Does the laptop only capture images without sound, or does the OBS live stream have no sound?
