Hawaiian pink alaea sea salt, in addition to being eaten Alaea salt has traditionally been used to bless boats, homes and temples. The salt derives its colour from the light red alaea volcanic clay found naturally on Hawaii and is rich in minerals, especially iron. Light lusty temperament taste. Great with lamb tagine, ragu, potatoes.
