Some tips about the Wax
1. Why the wax is too sticky to spread?
Both the long melting time or without heating the wax at the highest temperature of wax warmer and the low temperature of wax may lead to the wax is too sticky to spread, we recommend reheating the wax in the wax warmer until it reaches a HONEY like consistency.
2. Why the wax is broken?
Too thin of the wax or too long of the time that wax staying on the skin will cause the damage of the wax, so apply and tear the wax at appropriate thickness and time.
3. Why there is a residue after tearing the wax?
Too thin of the edge will result the imbalance of the internal pressure of wax and left a residue while tearing it, press the residual wax with torn wax to remove it
4. What the length of the hair should be before waxing?
The optimal length should be ¼ inch to ½ inch. Depending on what hair type you have, for the coarse hair, ½ inch long in the first few weeks is best while the soft hair should be shorter for they are easier to wax.
5. Why can’t remove the hair thoroughly?
You didn't heat the wax with the highest temperature of the wax warmer, so the wax can't reach the consistency of honey like; the temperature is too low while you apply the wax on the skin, you can reheat them; apply the wax at the direction of against of the hair growth, if there are messy hairs, repeat the waxing step to remove it, but you'd better not to wax at the same area more than twice.
