How to Wax Like a Pro.

1. Clean the area if there is dirt, makeup, oil and lotion.

2. Heat the hard wax in a wax warmer or microwave oven to make it honey-like.

3. Using a stick and pressure, apply the wax in the same direction as the hair grows, and massage slightly so that the wax can hold the hair firmly at the root.

4. Wait for the wax to harden (this usually doesn't take long. As long as it doesn't stick to your hands).

5. Tear the wax off in the opposite direction of hair growth.

a. Heat a wax warmer to melt any remaining wax into a liquid. Wipe off any remaining wax residue with mineral oil and paper or wax strips. The oil will dissolve the wax.

b. Use a spatula to scrape off the wax - but it may harm the container.
