Hany ElDiwany traces his passion for natural, healthy sustainable living to his Middle Eastern roots. As a child growing up in the region, Hany often visited his family’s farm in Egypt, cultivating a deep connection to the land and a respect for the restorative power of plants. Inspired by his family’s farming roots and his former life as a chemical engineer, Hany began crafting his own wellness tonics based on traditional herbal recipes, tinkering with ingredients and blends to find his own distinctive formulations - organic apple cider vinegar-based infusions that not only taste great but make you feel great too - sowing the seeds for what would become Hany’s Harvest. In 2017, Hany started bottling his signature Fire Ciders, Earth Ciders and Oxymel Syrups for his friends and family and the business grew organically from there. In 2018, Hany’s Harvest moved to New York’s Hudson Valley to put down roots, becoming part of a vibrant community of local farmers and like-minded small businesses. Here, Hany and his partner, Adina, farm the land, raising chickens, keeping bees and growing much of their own food, including many of the ingredients Hany uses to develop new products - his favorite part of the business! Influenced by his own unique history, Hany hopes to inspire other people to thrive in mind, body and community spirit by sharing the benefits of whole, raw, sustainably-sourced superfoods through his line of handcrafted wellness tonics.
