1. Please pay attention to disconnect power first.
2. Cut the length you needs by follow the cut mark shows on the neon rope.
3. The sharp prongs of the pin should be in the same direction with the "?" mark shows on the neon rope.
4. Insert the round prongs of the pin into the power cord.
5. Plug the power cord into an outlet to test the neon rope and make sure it works.
