How to brew gyokuro - Add water and heat to 175 degree, tasty, coldbrew, hot brew cold brew, loose

Add 2 teaspoons in a cup of water (8oz)
Heat water to 175 – 185-degree F
Steep for 1-2 minutes
Strain it and serve it hot

Tip: You can repeat the process 2-3 times to obtain a different flavor with each steeping.

Add 2-3 teaspoons of tea
Dissolve it in 30oz of water
Refrigerate for 3+ hours
Stir, strain and serve cold

Tip: Cold steeping makes the tea sweeter and less bitter.

You can refrigerate overnight for better taste.
