The bees there have access to similar forage that we have here in Wales with some similar herbs and flowers. The bees are positioned close to chestnut plantations and organic beef cattle farm where there's an abundance of wildflowers as grazing is light and the fields are often left fallow. The honey is coarsely filtered, unpasteurised, and unblended to give you all the good stuff. As it is unprocessed honey it will set over time. The bees are positioned close to chestnut plantations and organic beef cattle farm where there's an abundance of wildflowers as grazing is light and the fields are often left fallow. Frosting and granulation are natural features of unprocessed honey. Depending on what the bees have foraged on and the temperature that the jar has been stored, the honey may fully crystallised in a short space of time. It may also differ slightly in colour and cloudiness from the images shown. This process is completely natural and does not affect the nutritional values or flavour in any way. If you prefer the honey runny, to re-liquify, gently warm up. The honey is an excellent accompaniment with cheeses, for cooking and everyday use. Nothing has been added and nothing taken away.
