This beautiful, delicate British honey is made up from a mixture of delicious British wildflowers where the bees have been foraging in hedgerows tangled with brambles alongside clover pastures in the beautiful British countryside. This pale and delicate honey is a great substitute for sugar in hot drinks, smoothies and baking. It’s also a delight to spread on toast. Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered, therefore retaining it’s natural properties. Pollen grains may therefore be evident in the honey. The nectar in this jar comes from a range of British wildflowers with bramble and clover being the most dominant within the honey followed with other common British wildflowers. The honey is delivered in a runny consistency but will naturally set and crystallise overtime. This is a natural process , and will lead to a change in colour, making it paler, thick with a slight grainy texture with a delightful delicate flavour. This process is unpredictable and absolutely normal in unprocessed honey. Should you wish to reinstate the honey to its original, liquid form, simply put the jar on a radiator overnight to gently heat.
