Our hot chocolate flakes come in seven different flavours

Creating Hot Chocolate Flakes

To create our hot chocolate flakes we produce blocks of chocolate by blending high quality couverture chocolate. For the orange and peppermint varieties we add organic essential oils.

The blocks of chocolate are then grated to create the flakes, which are then packaged by hand.

Instructions

Simply heat 220ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 7 teaspoons (35g) of chocolate flakes and stir until melted through. Our flakes can also be used in all types of hot chocolate makers.
