Groomarang 'Adios' Nasal Wax - FULL INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Open the package from one side and place 1/4 of the beads (approx. 10g) of wax beads into a plastic cup provided in the package.

2) Heat the wax beads in the microwave for 3- 6 minutes depending on the power of the microwave. Place the wax beads 'off centre' in the microwave. Check every minute, after 3 minutes, for the consistency of the wax stirring it with a wooden spatula provided. The wax is ready for use, once it is has a free flowing, runny, but thick consistency.

3) Do not not exceed the heating times, nor let the wax reach boiling point. If the consistency is not reached after 6 minutes, place the wax on heat in the microwave for intervals of 10 seconds, checking each time to see if the required consistency has been reached. Let it stand for 1 minute, in the turned off microwave, once the wax is ready. Proceed to take the wax out carefully using a folded kitchen paper towel as a safety handle, in case the wax cup is hot and place it on another kitchen paper towel in case of spillage.

4) Check the temperature of the wax is suitable by placing a small amount on the inner surface of the wrist. Once the temperature is comfortable continue with the full treatment Stick one upper lip hair cover, over the upper lip area.

5) Clean the inside of the nostrils with a tissue.

6) DIP one end of the 'double sided nose hair removal puller' into the wax cup so it is submerged where the head of the puller and bottom base is covered in wax. Be careful to ensure the wax is not overflowing the base.

7) Slowly remove the puller from the wax, and at the same time twist it and tap it on to the rim of the wax cup to remove any excess wax.

8) Immediately PUSH the puller into the the first nostril, so the head of the puller, that has wax on it, is inside the nostril and the base is outside. Once inserted the puller must not be twisted or moved.

9) Hold the puller in this position for a timed 90 to 120 seconds, until the wax cools. You will feel the wax hardening and after 90 seconds you can test to see how hard the wax is by giving very gentle pulls to the puller. You must ensure the wax has set properly before proceeding to the next step, but do not leave the puller inside the nose longer than recommended, since the wax will become too hard and brittle and wax residue will be left in the nose once the puller is removed.

10) To remove the puller, hold the stem of the puller with one hand, and use the other hand to press in the nostril which is not having hair removed from it. PULL down in one swift, hard, fast motion.

11) The targeted hairs will be removed from the nose and will be on the head of the puller. Place a tissue over the head of the puller which has hairs on it, flip it upside down, and proceed to use the other end of the puller to repeat the process on the second nostril.

12) Once both nostrils have been treated, use an alcohol wipe to clean the inside of your nostrils.

13) Dispose of all items that have been used during this treatment.
