Green Origins | Cacao Powder Organic | 1 x 90g Green Origins Organic Cacao Powder is made from the Criollo variety, which is often referred to as the “Queen of Cacao” due to its high quality. It is produced by organic growers in Peru and is harvested by hand as pods. These are broken apart and the pulp is allowed to ferment, where it eventually runs away in liquid form. The beans are then washed, disinfected and dried, where their cores are extracted and broken into nibs.
