How should I use the cardamom pods?

Peel open the green cardamom to reveal the cardamom seeds inside.

Grind these seeds to make cardamom powder which can easily be added to your food.

Do not throw away the green peels. Simply add them to your tea or coffee to give it a fragrant smell and taste.
