ROAST PROFILE

City Roast develops a structured cup with top heavy blueberry and plum notes accented by hints of lime and jasmine. A maple syrupy, chocolate body rounds up the cup.

This natural, organic Ethiopian coffee has big consistent sized beans for a wide range of roasting. We recommend keeping airflow high and the rate of rise low after first crack of roasting.

Best as a medium roast for pour over or drip, filter coffee. Extend the roast for a creamy, fruit-forward espresso with well balanced acidity.

Expect rich blueberry top notes from our natural, organic Ethiopian coffee. Sweet marmalade, lemon and mild bergamot flavors round up the cup. A chocolate-mousse-like viscosity balances the complex flavors and hints of vanilla and jasmine linger in the finish.

Our woman-produced, Ethiopia single origin coffee is farmed on the 84-acre organic farm owned by Bedhatu Jibicho, a remarkable 80 year strong farmer whose mastered her craft!
