Ingredients: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin, Calcium Carbonate), Raising Agent (E450, E500), Cornflour, Sugar, Wheat Maltodextrin, Salt, Flavouring For allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in bold Nutritional Values: * Typical values Per 100g * Energy 1528kJ/360kcal * Fat 1.0g * Of Which Saturates 0.3g * Carbohydrates 75g * Of Which Sugars 3.7g * Protein 11g * Salt 4.1g Directions for use: 1) Combine 270g of Grace Johnny Cake Mix with 150ml of milk. 2) Add a little milk at a time until a firm dough is formed. 3) Knead mix for several minutes until a dough is formed. 4) Divide dough into 16 balls, approximately 1.5 tbsp each. 5) Roll each dough ball with floured hands and set aside. 6) Fry in batches in 1/2 inch of oil on a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown. 7) Drain the Johnny Cakes on paper towel and serve hot – Enjoy.
