Tips and Troubleshooting:

1. iPad Pro 2018 can only import photos/videos by this USB C card reader.
2. The sd card reader only read one card at a time, which means all cards can’t be read simultaneously.
3. Check if the Android device is with OTG function and USB-C receptacle shown as. Also check if the OTG function is on, some device keeps this function off to save power.
4. Android phones or tablets are not compatible with the exFAT format memory card. So, we suggest the customer use FAT32 or FAT format memory card.
5. Please be noted the Wi-Fi SD card is not supported.
