The Gobe Circular Polarized 2Peak filter has a specially developed polarised coating offering perfect colour neutrality and anti-reflection capabilities. This allows for outstanding results in all conditions without any colour cast.

The effects of a CPL cannot be replicated well in post editing; making the CPL an essential filter for landscape photographers.

How does it work

This filter blocks sunlight that has been directly reflected toward the camera, known as diffused light. Rotating the CPL allows you to find the best angle to filter the diffused light so you can achieve greater colour saturation, greater contrast and remove reflections from all surfaces.

You can use this filter to cut through ocean glare as well as capturing beautifully defined clouds. It also allows you to look through the water surface of clear rivers and wll help you reduce the reflections from glacial peaks while providing a rich blue sky.
