I'm Louise, founder of Go-low Baking, I first embarked on a Low Carb Diet in 2012 and saw amazing results, not just weight loss but other benefits too, such as less bloating, clearer skin, less brain fog and better sleep. This was great but I missed certain high carb foods, such as biscuits, crackers, cakes, bready products. I've spent many hours experimenting to create low carb alternatives made from all-natural ingredients, that the whole family would give the thumbs up to! And I hope that you will too!
