Guidance on the use of Makhold’s inhaler: (1) Prior to usage, rinse the inhaler with warm running water. (2) Get your inhaler ready to use by placing drops of the essential oil/s you are going to be using. For this, pour necessary amount of essential oil/s into the funnel-shaped end of inhaler's tube. (3) Use 2-4 drops of essential oil/s for adults and 1-2 drops for children under 10 years old. (4) Recommended duration of inhalation procedure is 4-5 minutes for adults and 1-2 minutes for children. (5) Repeat the above procedure in 2-4 hours, or in 1-2 hours if necessary. You can inhale both through the nostrils and the mouth. (6) Take a small rest after the procedure is complete. Avoid eating and drinking for 40-60 minutes following the procedure. (7) Undergo the procedure until no symptoms of asthma arise. Recommended duration of the course should not exceed 30 days, with 10 to 14 days break in between the procedure courses. (8) Undergo inhalation once a day as a preventive measure for acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI).
