Can you change out the knob? Or is it permanently stuck to the board?

The metal knob is hot swappable, you may replace it with other color knobs.

What the key to the 3 below the knob are? can you remap the keys?

The three keys below the knob are "home", "pgup", and "pgdn". You can also modify the corresponding key through software.

Can the tk75 pair with multiple devices? for example,will i be able to switch to my laptop and monitor at the same time?

Yes, it can connect 4 wireless devices and 1 wired device at the same time. It had no issues switching between two different computers. The switch was fast and reliable.

why it displayed the battery 1% on the Bluetooth setting?

If you plug in the cable while in wired mode and try to switch to wireless mode by pressing FN+123/4, the system will detect that the keyboard battery is only at 1%.

The Quietest GamaKay Tactile/Linear Keyboard Switches

Yellow switch, Red switch, Phoenix Switch, or Griffin & Pegasus switch with tactile feedback.

Phoenix Switch: It is a silent linear switch. It is perfect for office use.

Griffin Switch: It's very quiet when not bottoming out, but produces a pleasant 'thock' when you do.

Pegasus Switch: It is a tactile silent switch that provides a smooth and quiet typing experience.
The switch function on the back of the keyboard

IMPORTANT INFO-1
- Sliding it to the left activates wireless mode. Pressing FN+123/4 switches to Bluetooth 123/2.4G mode.
- Sliding it to the right activates wired mode, and the keyboard can be used by connecting it directly via the USB-C cable.
- If you plug in the cable while in wired mode and try to switch to wireless mode by pressing FN+123/4, the system will detect that the keyboard battery is only at 1%.
F1 key-LED orientation

IMPORTANT INFO-2

The LED orientation of the F1 key on the keyboard PCB is opposite to that of the other keys. This is because the Type-C interface is located near the F1 key, and sacrificing the orientation of the F1 key LED helps to avoid quality issues with the product.
