Process

1. Design – Create your own design using your favorite graphic design software (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.)
2. Print – Print your design on our two-sided cold/hot peel. Depending on the printer used, it will print the colors first, then a white top layer that serves as the base layer on the shirt.
3. Apply – Apply the powder adhesive evenly onto the printed film. Shake off any excess and store them for later use.
4. Bake – Melt the DTF Powder Adhesive to the DTF film using a heat press or oven. Hover the heat press platen on top of the DTF Powder Adhesive to ensure even heat throughout at a temperature of 300-325 °F.
5. Press – Press your design onto a substrate like a t-shirt. Applicable on cotton, polyester, leather, cardboard, aluminum, and other flat rough, and rigid materials.

4 ways to distinguish between printed and non printed surfaces

1. There is a label on the packaging bag - (Printed Side), take out the dtf film in the correct direction.
2. Scratch a little bit at the top corner and if the coating comes off, that's the print side, will be coated and opaque. The back is non-printable and reflects the light if you point at it.
3. Put a drop of water at the top corner, if the water stays that's the print side, will be coated and opaque. The back is non-printable and the water slip the same way inks do.
4. Rough side is the back, and the smooth side is the printed side. If you accidentally mistake the printed and non printed sides, please turn them over and try again.
