Germoloids Ointment contains a local anaesthetic called lidocaine hydrochloride that helps to numb and soothe the pain, itching, and general discomfort associated with haemorrhoids.

The Ointment formula also helps to shrink the swollen haemorrhoids and protect sensitive, sore skin against infection thanks to the astringent and antiseptic properties of zinc oxide.

The oily nature of Germoloids Ointment means it can also act as a lubricant to help ease the passing of stools to avoid any further strain on an already sensitive area.

Germoloids Triple Action Ointment 25ml Germoloids Ointment helps to provide fast pain relief whilst soothing the itchiness associated with internal and external piles. Gemoloids haemorrhoid ointment targets and helps soothe the irritation of piles in three ways. The triple-action formula: Reduces pain with a topical anaesthetic Shrinks piles Soothes itching Unlike other brand topical treatments available Germoloids cream is formulated with Lidocaine Hydrochloride, a local anaesthetic, which numbs and soothe the pain, itching and general discomfort associated with haemorrhoids. INGREDIENTS Active Ingredients (w w): Zinc Oxide Ph Eur 6.6 and Lidocaine Hydrochloride Ph Eur 0.7 Also contains Yellow Soft Paraffin, Wool Fat, Methyl Salicylate, Propylene Glycol and Menthol DIRECTIONS Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before using Germoloids Ointment. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults and children 12 years and over: Apply as directed in the leaflet. Use at least twice a day with a minimum of 3 to 4 hours between applications. Further applications can be made of any time of the day, and are particularly recommended after a bowel movement. Do not use more than 4 times in any 24 hour period.
