Thanks to its amplified and adjustable receiving volume, you will never misunderstand your interlocutors and always hear them loud and clear! If you are wearing hearing aids, you can even have the sound directly transmitted to your ear by simply putting your hearing aids on the "T" setting.

Read the characters on your keypad and screen with ease!

The telephone's screen is equipped with a white backlight so that the large alphanumerical characters can be read effortlessly. People with poor eyesight will also find the widely spaced keys quite helpful when dialling out a number. And if you tend to forget the number of someone you regularly need to talk to, you can pre-register it in one of the speed dial keys.

Never miss an important call again!

The extra loud ringtone, which is more or less as loud as a vacuum cleaner or a power lawn mower, will ensure that even with the TV and radio on, you will always notice someone is calling. That being said, if loud noises are not what catch your attention best, you will still be able to rely on the phone's bright ringer indicator.

What can the bracelets compatible with the Serenities be used for

The SOS function of the Serenities can be activated remotely using two types of emergency bracelets. Both of them have a button which can be pressed to activate our telephone's SOS function when help is urgently needed.

Pressing the button of the black emergency bracelet, which is supplied with our telephone, will also allow you to answer an incoming call from a distance. The white bracelet, which needs to be purchased separately, will not allow you to do the same thing, however if you happen to lose balance and fall on the ground, it will automatically send a signal to the Serenities to activate its SOS function.

You should note that before sending a signal, this fall detection bracelet will vibrate for 20 seconds to give you the opportunity to cancel the activation of the SOS function by covering the bracelet with your hand until the vibrations stop.

As both bracelets are waterproof, you do not need to remove them when taking a shower or washing the dishes.

How does this telephone's talking caller ID work

The Serenities comes with a voice assist function that will help people with poor eyesight in their everyday use of our telephone and ensure they can enjoy its functionalities to the fullest. Not only will our telephone read out the number written on each key that is pressed to assist with dialling, it will also read out the name of the person who is calling you, assuming that you have recorded this person's name in the phonebook, which can store up to 30 numbers. If the name of your caller hasn't been recorded, then the Serenities will simply read out the digits of that person's number.
