Fideos are short noodles. They are graded in their thickness from No. 1 to No.5. Therefore this No. 2 Fideos are a medium thickness noodle. They are most commonly used in soups - "sopa de fideos" although can be used in many more pasta dishes. They can also be used for Fideuà (the noodle version of a seafood paella) if you prefer thinner noodles.
