Funkin Mango Purée has an amazing balance of sweetness and acidity to ensure flavours flourish in martinis and cocktails. Our Mango is sourced from India and Peru, and we harvest the Totapuri and Alphonso varieties.

No chopping, pushing or squashing just open and pour 100 per cent natural fruit mixers.

Mango Mojito

Ingredients: 50 ml Rum, 25 ml Funkin Mango Puree, 100 ml Funkin Mojito Mixer.

Method: Build ingredients in glass, top with crushed ice and churn.

Garnish: Mint sprig and mango slice.

Mango and Lime Punch

Ingredients: 50 ml coconut rum, 25 ml Funkin Mango Puree, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime, 15 ml Funkin Sugarcane Syrup, 50 ml Funkin Pineapple Puree.

Method: Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, strain over ice.

Garnish: Selection of tropical fruits.

Mango and Ginger Collins

Ingredients: 25 ml Funkin Mango Puree, 100 ml Funkin Passion Fruit Martini Cocktail Mixer, Ginger Beer.

Method: Build over ice and stir, top with Ginger beer.

Garnish: Lime wedge.
