Funkin Strawberry Puree

Our Funkin Strawberry purée is made from only the ripest Strawberries harvested in Poland and Spain.

To perfect our puree, we have tried 32 varieties, and our chosen blend is a mixture of early season Honeoye, mid-summer Elsanta, and late season Symphony varieties, to create what we consider the perfect blend of seasonal strawberry flavours for your cocktails.

A consistent, hassle-free solution with no wastage or preparation.

Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients: 50 ml white rum, 25 ml Funkin Strawberry Puree, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime, 10 ml Funkin Sugarcane Syrup.

Method: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish: Strawberry.

3 Berry Des

Ingredients: 25 ml Funkin Strawberry Puree, 25 ml Funkin Grenadine, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon. 50 ml Cranberry juice.

Method: Build in glass with ice and churn.

Garnish: Mint sprig, dried berry and lemon twist.

Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients: 50 ml tequilla, 25 ml Funkin Strawberry Puree, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime, 10 ml Funkin Sugarcane Syrup.

Method: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish: Strawberry.

Strawberry Collins

Ingredients: 50 ml vodka, 25 ml Funkin Strawberry Puree, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime, 10 ml Funkin Sugarcane Syrup, Soda.

Method: Shake ingredients (except soda) with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda.
