Delicous as it is, but also perfect to add your favourite toppings, fruits and fillings! The mix can also be used to bake vegan apple pie, vegan carrot cake or vegan cupcakes. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, sugar, WHEAT starch, raising agent: E450, E500, alpha-dextrin, salt, vanilla flavouring, colour: E160a, enzymes (WHEAT). May contain traces of: SOY and LUPIN. DIRECTIONS Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 C (convection oven 160 C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix with a flat flex beater 400g of mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10") long or a round baking pan of approx. Ø 20 cm (8"). Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
