May contain traces of: SOY and LUPIN. DIRECTIONS Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For 12 muffins, put 500 g of the mixture, 200 g (220 ml) of vegetable oil (such as groundnut oil) and 200 ml of water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add a filling of your choice, such as bake stable chocolate, blueberries, banana or nuts. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper baking cups and fill the cups with batter to just below the rim.
