You will bake a beautifully flat and tasty choclate cake which you can then decorate in any way you wish. INGREDIENTS Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, cocoa powder (Skimmed), emulsifer: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), BARLEY malt, glucose syrup (dried), raising agent: E500, E450, MILK powder (skimmed), sugar (burn. ed), thickener: E415. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. DIRECTIONS Preparation: See the quantity table or go to www.funcakes.com for proportions and baking times. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Put the mix, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes.
